Luc leads TELUS Health’s mission to deliver technologies that help connect doctors and healthcare practitioners to one another and to their patients. He is dedicated to creating solutions that harness healthcare information to help transform the healthcare system and health outcomes to the benefit of Canadians.

Luc brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the information technology sector. Prior to his current role, Luc managed the integration of Emergis after its acquisition by TELUS in January 2008. He subsequently took overall responsibility for mergers and acquisitions for TELUS Health and for strategic partnerships in the healthcare and financial services industries. He has served as Vice-President for the TELUS National Application Group where he was responsible for the development, marketing and management of IT and IP business applications. Prior to joining TELUS, Luc held various leadership positions in systems integration, outsourcing and applications development for leading companies, including SHL Systemhouse, IST and CGI.

Luc is a graduate from the Business Administration Faculty at the University of Sherbrooke. His extensive Board engagements include: President of the Board of Directors for the ALS Society of Quebec; Member of the Board of Directors L’Avenue Hébergement Communautaire, a community shelter for young adults in difficulty; and Board Member of Fondation de l’université de Sherbrooke. In addition to his involvement in the charitable sector, Luc is a past president of the Saint-James Club, Montreal’s oldest private business club.

John MozasJohn Mozas


As Vice President, THPS and leader of the Medisys Health Group, a TELUS Health company, John oversees the strategy and operations of the group’s clinics and programs, with the goal of offering the best medical care and customer experience for patients across 16 clinics in Canada.

Previously, John co-founded Right Health in 2016 with the vision of enhancing the way medicine is delivered to millions of Canadians by combining in person and virtual care. Patients virtually consult with clinicians for diagnoses, prescriptions, referrals, and more, all using their mobile device. The service is available on-demand across Canada, 24/7/365. Right Health was acquired by TELUS in 2019.

Prior to founding Right Health, John led the Medcan Clinic, co-founded Grocery Gateway, was a Director at GlaxoSmithKline and was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

John received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Howard Goldstein serves as Corporate Medical Director for Medisys Executive Health. In this role, he provides leadership and sets direction for medical care in the company. Dr. Goldstein co-chairs Medisys’ national Medical Standards and Quality Committee, providing thought leadership and guidance to our national network of physicians and clinics.

Dr. Goldstein has over twenty-five years of experience with clinical, academic, and administrative care excellence. His clinical experience includes work in outpatient clinics, obstetrical care, hospital ward work, emergency room care, and geriatric long term care. In addition to his role as Corporate Medical Director, Dr. Goldstein is directly responsible for Medisys’ Montreal based executive health clinics. Prior to joining Medisys, Dr. Goldstein was Assistant-Chief of the Department of Family Medicine and director of an in-patient family medicine ward at the Jewish General Hospital (JGH) in Montreal. Previously, he served as director of residency education for one of McGill University’s hospital based family practice training facilities. In addition, he was elected to and served on the JGH’s medical executive committee, as secretary-treasurer, and assisted with insuring appropriate care and quality services for the institution.

Dr. Howard Goldstein graduated from McGill University School of Medicine, as well as its Family Medicine residency program. He remains an Assistant Professor in the department of Family Medicine at McGill, and is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Family Practice.

Michelle Cialdella is the Vice President Operations for Medisys Health Group. In her role, she is responsible for directing all Medisys clinics and operations, delivering the gold standard of service to Medisys’ clients, and supporting integration and implementation of health solutions to corporations, mainly in occupational and preventive health solutions, onsite services and campaigns as well as virtual care. She is also responsible of corporate functions including marketing, P&C and acquisition integration.

Michelle has gained an impressive degree of experience as a leader in operations, customer care, marketing, communication, and sales. Prior to joining Medisys, Michelle acted as a consultant, specialized in operations and change management. She has worked extensively for Bell Canada, where she led teams through the corporation’s transformation, and managed the sales, marketing and operations for small and medium businesses (SMBs) and the Bell Canada Enterprise market space.

Michelle has also worked as the Customer Care Director for Group Benefit and Group Retirement Services at Sun Life Financial (Canada). Michelle holds a business degree from the École des Sciences de la Gestion at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Actively involved in non-profit organizations and activities, Michelle is an ambassador for Leucan, an association promoting the recovery and the well-being of cancer stricken children and supports their families by providing distinctive and tailored services and assistance through every stage of cancer and its side-effects.

P-AylwardPaul Alyward RN BN


Paul Alyward is the Vice President of Operations for MHG’s national occupational health services, including all banners under Horizon supported by TELUS Health.

Paul’s over 20 years of experience includes work as a Medical Flight Specialist through Eastern Health and Air Medical Critical Care Transport Program in Newfoundland. He was part of Newfoundland’s offshore Oil Medevac team for many years and was awarded the Occupational Health & Safety award of Merit in 2000 and St. Clare’s Auxiliary Award for clinical proficiency in 1991.

Paul attended the Clare’s School of Nursing and earned a degree from Memorial University. His experience incorporates a background in Intensive Care (ICU), Medevac and Emergency Medicine, and has instructed at Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty of Medicine, Standardized Patient Program.

He has become an expert educator in the emergency field providing education as an instructor of International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for 15 plus years.
