Alcohol-Free Eggnog




2 cups skim milk, almond, cashew milk, coconut milk or mixed dairy and non-dairy milk to taste
3 egg whites
1/4 cup honey or agave syrup to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon

How to Prepare:

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor until smooth (or
    blend in a pot using a blender).
  • Pour mixture into a pot and gently simmer for about 15
    minutes, whisking often (do not boil).
  • Allow mixture to cool and then chill in refrigerator overnight.
  • Sprinkle with extra cinnamon before serving

Serves 4
